Our Mission
It is the mission of Utility Incentive Corporation (UIC) to assist in the provisioning of energy conservation measures to multi-family, single-family, and commercial properties. UIC accomplishes this by utilizing federal, state, and local subsidies, which have been allocated to specific energy conservation programs. UIC's efforts are directed toward electrical, water, and gas efficiency; and because these respective measures are partially or fully underwritten, in many cases, the property owner incur little or no cost.
UIC services Southern California and is always available to provide expert knowledge and guidance in assisting the owner to reduce costs and achieve the quickest return on investment. At UIC, we believe that energy conservation means conserving your captial.

UIC has been saving property owners money by retrofitting and relamping their properties with better, more energy efficient solutions for almost a decade. All of this is accomplished with little or no cost to the property owners.
UIC has installed and replaced over 30,000 fixtures. All t-12 lamps are properly recycled at no cost to owner or management. UIC is fully bonded, licensed, and insured to work in California under CA license #-890033.
Energy Saving Solutions
Utility Incentive Corp. focuses primarily on relamping and retrofitting T-12 lamps and ballasts to "Energy Star" T-8 lamps and "flicker free" ballasts. We provide the following services;
