Our Mission

It is our mission at Utility Incentive Corporation (UIC) to assist in the provisioning of energy conservation measures to multi-family, single-family, and commercial properties. UIC accomplishes this by utilizing federal, state, and local utility incentives, which have been allocated to specific energy conservation programs. UIC’s efforts are directed toward electrical, water, and gas efficiency; and because these respective measures are partially or fully underwritten by the utilities, the property owner receives a much lower cost to implement their energy saving project!

UIC services California and is always available to provide expert knowledge and guidance globally in assisting the owner to reduce costs and achieve the quickest return on investment. At UIC, we believe that energy conservation means conserving your capital.
